   2022年10月12日 · 腎功能檢查方法及常見診斷項目. 早期的慢性腎功能疾病沒有任何症狀，只能透過測試才能發現問題，衡量腎功能是否正常有以下 6 大指標：

   • 腎功能可以從血液中的肌酐和尿素水平反映出來，水平升高代表兩個腎的功能開始減退，如果血清肌酐值升至 140 umol/L（1.6mg/dl），則意味著腎功能已經減退 50 %。
   • 慢性腎衰竭可分為以下 4 個階段，當腎功能降至少於正常機能的 25 %，即會出現尿毒症，引致腎衰竭。階段腎功能指數腎功能不全腎功能是正常的51% – 80%腎功能衰弱只有25% – 50%的腎功能腎功能衰竭只有15% – 25% 的腎功能末期腎功能衰竭腎功能少於10-15%
   • 由於腎病及腎衰竭徵狀並不明顯，往往需要進行多項檢查才能清楚診斷腎功能，因此上述檢查可以一起進行，透過進行不同測試亦可幫助醫生辨別腎的失調症狀。
