I was wanting a particular Dior product, which was E73 in Paris,in the "duty-free" store in rue de Rivoli, which was the same price as any other regular store . As for customer service, it is horrible in Paris for bags purchased in Paris, but at least they're set up to repair them nearby. Not sure how they do the repairs in the US.
