Eden Golan was booed by some audience members who are angry over her country’s military campaign in Gaza. Israel’s Prime Minister has praised the singer for taking part.

Some 26 countries will be in the Grand Final at the Malmö Arena, but Australia's Electric Fields missed out after failing to qualify. from the first semi-final with their song One Milkali (One Blood).

Switzerland has won the 68th Eurovision song contest. The country's entrant, Nemo, with their song The Code, finished first. This year's Eurovision was held in Malmö, Sweden.
