2024年4月20日 · We only have two days in Shiretoko and I'd like to go for the whale-watching cruise on one of those days and maybe do an easy hike by ourselves; and then do the guided hike the other day. So I feel we need to pick our one guided hike wisely. The most common guided hikes seem to be Goko lakes and the Furepe Falls.

We have been there before and stayed in Shinjuku due to the accessability to train station, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. I would like to know if there might be another area that’s similar where we can stay.
2024年4月9日 · Re: Bullet Train Day Trip? Apr 9, 2024, 11:10 PM. If you have no plans to visit Kyoto, you could take the shinkansen there in a little over two hours from Tokyo or Shinagawa station. Spend the day in that incredible place, then take the shinkansen back that night.
