    甚麼是有特殊學習需要? 言語障礙是指在口語能力方面出現顯著困難，影響讀寫聽說的能力。 最常見的言語障礙主要分為以下四大類： 發音問題 ：發音不正確而引致說話混淆不清。 例如：把「豆」說成「狗」；「飲水」說成「飲咀」或「飲隊」 語言問題 ：在接收較長或結構較複雜的句子時，只能夠掌握句子的部份意思，未能理解全部訊息。 組織力較弱和用詞不當的學生會有表達問題. 流暢問題 ：俗稱口吃。 表徵包括：多次重復某些字或音，將字音無故拉長，說話節奏太快或過慢，張開嘴巴卻遲遲說不出話來等. 聲線問題 ：聲音沙啞甚至失聲，過分高/低音，難以控制聲量，音調異常.
