There are 3 reasons: If the supporter you are trying to forward your ticket to already has a ticket for the match, they cannot be forwarded another one. If the ticket has already been forwarded 3 times, it will not be available to forward on again, and you must use the Ticket Exchange if you are unable to attend the game.
