專題報導 > 基層醫療抗生素導向計劃. 2021年6月14日. 「基層醫療抗生素導向計劃」 抗菌素耐藥性是指當微生物（如細菌、病毒、真菌和寄生蟲）產生變異，導致用以治療的藥物變得無效。 抗菌素耐藥性是全球公共衞生的議題。 這是一項關乎你和我的問題，因它可影響每一個人、任何年齡、任何國家，導致減低藥效，令治療變得困難、昂貴甚至不可能。 抗菌素耐藥性可自然發生，但在人類和動物身上不當使用抗菌素會令情況加劇。 因此，慎用抗菌素是控制抗菌素耐藥性的關鍵。 應對抗菌素耐藥性需要醫療界、大眾市民、社會各持份者，以及全球之間的通力合作。 基層醫療是整個醫療系統的首層，而家庭醫生是基層醫療的主要提供者，他們於處理抗菌素耐藥性問題上擔當重要的角色， 減少不必要的抗生素使用。
