2011年2月4日 · I fly all the time and JAL is by far the worst airline I have ever flown. I booked business class tickets but when I checked in I found out they didn’t offer business class on my flight. They called it “like business class” because they offered water and juice. But they charged a “business class” price and listed it as business class.
