You are encouraged to ask questions about the goals of your treatment or provide feedback about the treatment itself. After your session, your therapist will provide you with specific exercises that will assist in your rehabilitation. You may feel some discomfort following your appointment, this is normal. Ice may help alleviate this discomfort.
