Of course, you will have to be flexible as well as you never know whether a hotel near your stop is available when you get there. I have followed this strategy in the past driving in Europe.

The children receiving the sacrament of Holy Communion wear white as a sign of purity; girls white dresses and white veils, boys white shirts and white ties. Guests can wear white as well or anything tasteful for church, no shorts for men, no halters or tube tops for women and you should be fine.
