Choose the language of the ISO file then click Confirm. Click the 64-bit Download button to begin the download.

This setting in Windows 11 is at Windows Settings > Apps > Advanced App Settings > Choose Where to get apps > Anywhere. If that's already set then you may have bought a PC that has S mode, which only allows Store apps to be installed. - -

A notice of it also immediately goes into the Action Center. Click that notice, & the snip will reopen into Snip & Sketch. Draw on it, if desired.
