The train green cars seat layout is 2 for the ocean side and another one for mountain side to see ocean view. It is unfortunate the weather here is not great. If it is a fine day you can see Izu islands from the windows.

I read somewhere on the internet that tourists have to pay accomodation tax, for ex: ¥100 per person per night for the room rate between ¥7000-¥15000. I have booked hotel from Agoda dan there are no mention about it.
