Warm Crab and Smoked Salmon Dip. 下車後已差不多餓昏，找到 Ferris' Oyster Bar and Grill 的位置，招牌大大的 F 字很容易辨認。 這是很有特色的小店，裝修全以木為主，再加上一大幅的啡色磚牆，雖然在餐廳裡頭，卻予人一種置身室外的悠閒寫意感。 來到 Ferris's Oyster Bar and Grill 當然要試試其招牌菜 - Oyster，點了六隻 Fresh Shucked On the Halfshell，再加六隻 Baked Oyster，另外點了 Warm Crab and Smoked Salmon Dip。
Bang Tao Beach日落. 泰式拚盤, 好味, 但份量太少, 每款得兩件, 390B. 炒螄蚶, 新鮮, 這已是1kg, 是否很少? 泰式炒河及BBQ尤魚, 尤魚很鹹. 菠蘿炒飯及冬陰功, 好味, 但唔夠食. 我們行錯路, 攪多咗成45分鐘才搵到Lotus餐廳, Lotus 係響Laguna (Bang Tao)處, 近Sheraton附近. Lotus餐廳環景非常優美, 面對住個Bang Tao Beach, 睇住日落食晚餐, 好鬼浪漫, 一樣有Live Band 唱歌, 中英文歌都有, 氣氛幾好, 如6人以下訂枱, 可訂沙灘邊的坐位, 對住個海食飯, 非常"正" Lotus除可吃中, 泰菜, 亦可在此吃西餐, 雖然冇試, 但見鄰桌的客人吃得津津有味, 我相信都不太差.
