司徒華 （英語： Szeto Wah ，1931年2月28日—2011年1月2日），原名 司徒衛華 ，暱稱「 華叔 」， 廣東 開平 人，成長於 香港 ，曾任香港 民主黨 黨鞭 及 香港市民支援愛國民主運動聯合會 主席，被喻為 香港 民主派 元老及精神領袖。 司徒華曾經為教師，繼而為小學校長，執教四十年。 自1970年代參加 社會運動 ，於1973年出任教師工會 香港教育專業人員協會 首任會長 [3] 。 1978年於 九龍城 發起反校長貪污的 金禧事件 而奠定 香港教育專業人員協會 的地位。 1985年晉身 香港立法局 教育界功能組別議員，同年，獲中國中央政府委任為 基本法起草委員會 委員。
