We arrive on day 1 around 7 pm and depart on day 3 at 8 pm giving us 2.5 days (or 2 full days to get around. Our last trip here was about 9 years ago, so here are my questions:

Train coming from Hakone , leaving via train to Haneda airport. Seeing the major atttractions in Kyoto (Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama, samurai museaum + 1/2 day trip to Kobe to see a friend.

I’ve already booked the romance car from Shinjuku station to Hakone but debating if I should get the Hakone pass or the Fuji five lake pass to add on to romance car ticket.
