Blendin Restaurant & Lounge係一間位於皇室堡附近商廈嘅fine dining西餐廳&酒吧🥂。 餐廳裝潢以淡金色同白色為主調，氣派得黎溫馨舒適，而且更設有露台位置，食客可以一賞銅鑼灣避風塘嘅海景，配上精緻嘅fusion西式菜餚同cocktail真係好chill！ Black Truffle Mushroom Soup 好杰身，蘑菇香氣四溢，飲落仲有些許蘑菇蓉添. Hiroshima Oyster Soup 好特別，湯頭十分濃稠，入面仲有好多蠔肉，鮮味濃郁，旁邊嘅日本廣島蠔都好肥美鮮甜。
