這塊佔地近300平方米的懷舊商場由世界知名的建築大師隈研吾工作室親自操刀設計。 其內部裝修直接沿用了1965年至1974年的日本知名出版社「新潮社」的舊倉庫原貌，在保留了往日外觀的同時加以使用了鋼樑架構，木質感的寬大台階直接通往2樓，十分溫馨協調。 館內暖色系簡約風的各類設施也同樣令人印象深刻。 這座「la kagu」以「重新評估一切價值」為理念，不選擇隨波逐流，而是希望能從「存在至今的東西」以及「值得延續到未來的東西」裡發現價值，向消費者提供高質感的商品，傳達有意義的「衣食住+知」的生活方式。 商場內的商品會不定期更新，商品的選擇標準以當季最流行的創意物件為主，永遠不會讓人感到無聊。 店內集合了富有設計感的時裝，家居，生活日用品，演講廳，閱覽室等區域，購物時累了的話可以在咖啡廳休息。
