本會是一所天主教志願機構，於1967年正式註冊為服務社團，並以促進美滿婚姻及促使父母善盡天職為宗旨。我們率先推出了各種嶄新的家庭及婚姻服務，如為天主教未婚夫婦而設的教友婚前培育計劃。在2000至2001年，FOCCUS婚前評估服務、性障礙治療服務和教友補禮亦相繼成立。
