隨著年齡增長，許多人開始擔心自己或家人會否有腦退化症，除了憂慮，不少人會諱疾忌醫，因而錯過預防、診斷、介入和支援的黃金時機。 研究發現，輕度認知障礙人士，若一年內沒有任何的介入， 有10-15% 的個案會發展為有腦退化症，所以不能掉以輕心。 若確診腦退化症，只要有及時和適當的介入和支援，可大大減慢退化速度，讓腦退化症人士和照顧者有更多時間計劃生活和照顧安排。 要減慢退化，時間就是關鍵！ 賽馬會「智康健」腦退化檢測及社區支援計劃， 以「及早檢測、及早確診、及早介入」為目標，協助有記憶衰退疑慮的人士進行初步篩查及提供適當的進一步跟進工作。 計劃日期. 即日起至2026年11月. 服務對象. 於社區居住的60歲或以上、懷疑有輕度認知障礙或早期腦退化症人士及其照顧者.
