Press Release. The EAA Board Appoints the Chairmen of Standing Committees. (16 November 2021) The Board of the Estate Agents Authority (“EAA”) held its meeting today and appointed the chairmen of its five standing committees, which oversee different aspects of the EAA’s work respectively.

新任副主席蕭澤宇先生則由2014 年11月起獲政府委任為監管局成員,歷任監管局執業及考試委員會主席及第28條調查小組主席。 廖玉玲女士本身為大律師,並積極參與公職,除了其在監管局的職務外,她同時擔任牌照上訴委員會主席、稅務上訴委員會副主席、 行政上訴委員會副主席、金融糾紛調解中心紀律委員會主席、 旅遊業監管局委員及其紀律委員會主席。 廖女士表示:「我十分榮幸獲委任為監管局新任主席,同時希望向梁永祥教授在其主席任內及他自2004年加入監管局後多年來對局方的貢獻表達摯誠感激。 在他的投入和領導下,監管局及地產代理業界皆達至專業的新一頁。 」 監管局行政總裁韓婉萍女士表示:「監管局行政部門十分感謝梁永祥教授過去多年來的的卓越領導及一貫支持。
