2019年5月20日 · 我們的工作. 專業培訓. 我們為前線應急人員及相關專業人士提供培訓，提升他們的災難防護應變知識及技能。 網上學習. 教研中心與學術機構及災難管理人員合作，推出多元化網上教學課程，包括與大學合辦短期證書課程、網上研討會、災難個案研究等，這些網上學習資源涵蓋不同的基礎知識及特定主題。 研究及政策. 我們與不同研究機構及前線人員合作，調查和結集優質災難管理經驗，並供其他救援人員及公眾參考，以促進災難防護的發展。 社區參與計劃. 我們為個人與社區提供相關指引和資源，鼓勵公眾肩負責任，同心協力保護性命及財產的安全。 通過多元化的教育工作，我們期望社區人士能共同評估災難發生的可能性和影響，積極做好防備工作，減低風險。

Who we are The Hong Kong Jockey Club Disaster Preparedness and Response Institute (HKJCDPRI) was set up in 2014 with the generous donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Housed in and led by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, the HKJCDPRI aims to build a prepared community in Hong Kong to respond to disasters.
HKJCDPRI is based at the HKAM, and partners with CCOUC, HKU and Harvard. We focus on the need for competencies on knowledge, skills as well as attitude to reduce disaster loss and suffering. Join us in our training and exchange activities to build a community of practice in disaster preparedness and response.
