If you mean Shirakawago, then gasshou house village near Takayama, then your itinerary is not a good one. The detour to go there and back takes too much time unless you also have time for Kanazawa and/or Takayama.

I know it's pretty tight but I only plan to see Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Is that doable? If so, what would be the best approach?

Hi, after finishing Tokyo and Disneyland we have planned earlier to spend two nights in kawaguchiko . Visiting mt fuji and kawaguchiko area and maybe daytrip to hakone .
