Just when cat cafes were starting to pop up in Tokyo, a friend who had come to visit was dying to go to one, so we went. We stood in line, paid our money.... and were horrified at the conditions of this "cafe."

Lots of reviews on various sites including tripadvisor. 4.1 out of 5 on various Japanese language booking sites. High score. I have stayed at other Via Inns and all are very modern and stylish.
