This museum explores the history of the city of Shanghai from around 1850 to 1950, starting with the opening of Shanghai and ending with the revolution in 1949. It is located right by People's Square. Housed in a beautiful old building, the museum is large and doesn't feel crowded, even when there are SO MANY people there.

The waiters and waitresses were very friendly, however the food and drinks were over priced and there were not many options for vegans. There is also a time limit of 2 hours that you can... remain in the restaurant after that you need to leave because of this we felt like we were constantly watched and on the clock.

2024年4月11日 · Didi service is meant for locals, not for tourist. Maybe exception for long-time foreign residents but still tricky to use. Don't consider it as your primary solution to getting around. In urban area at large cities, subways are good and taxis. In suburbs and remote area, small village, hire a private driver in advance.
