I was an exchange student in Japan from 2016 to early 2017 (roughly six months) and was covered under the Japanese National Health Insurance. However, I seem to have forgotten to pay the insurance premiums before leaving Japan.

We are looking to spend some time in Osaka for next trip and are curious how they compare to the Tokyo and Kyoto locations. We plan to do a day trip to Hiroshima so will need easy access to the shinkansen station.

I am flying out late morning from domestic terminal on ANA. How crowded, etc is getting to hotel and the monorail and on monorail . I will have 2 rolling bags.
