How rule-sets works. You name your rule-set, then add rules for how you’d like your nightly price to change when your rule-set is applied. Go to Listings and select the listing you want Click Pricing and Availability and go to Fees Next to Extra Guest Fee, click Edit Enter the amount per extra guest Click Save Your new fee only applies to future reservations.
