【明報專訊】發展局長甯漢豪噚日發表網誌，話建築署預計今年會有30個工程項目陸續完成，包括政府綜合大樓、公共泳池重建項目、社區健康中心等。其中一個正密鑼緊鼓嘅工程項目，係二級歷史建築、油麻地戲院嘅第二期建築工程，預計2026年完成，新建嘅樓高6層建築物，幕牆設計選材粵劇戲服的珠片繡，運用電腦演算幕牆圖案，再以玻璃數碼打印。建築署話，玻璃釉面可以吸收同反射部分陽光熱能，有節能環保功效。
