From Haneda to Kyoto, the Shinkansen is faster when you consider the waiting time for the domestic flight and KIX to Kyoto. Take the Keikyu Line train to Shinagawa and the Shinkansen to Kyoto. You can buy the Shinkansen ticket at Shinagawa.
4 天前 · We’ve just returned from two weeks in Japan (2 Adults, 2 Kids aged 10 and 8 travelling from Australia). We were lucky enough to have a late season cherry blossom, meaning week one saw Tokyo in full bloom with hanami picnics, while week two in Kansai was sakurafabuki (blossom snowflakes falling around us).

2024年4月5日 · 2 weeks in Japan - Takayama possibility. Hello, I'm doing a Japan trip that will start and end in Tokyo. With that in mind my original Plan was to do: Day 1: Tokyo. Day 2: Tokyo. Day 3: Day trip to Nikko. Day 4: Tokyo. Day 5: Hakone/ Mount Fuji (with overnight) Day 6: Quioto.
