It mentioned about 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 twin room, casual double room, casual twin room. Sorry to ask but it is quite detailed that to me it is confusing .

I exchanged an order for the Hokuriku Area Pass (not the Arch Pass) but the process would be the same. 1) The exchange area is inside the gates, in the new part of the station (just before the shinkansen gates).
