   2024年9月4日 · 綠表置居計劃. 資格準則 (綠置居) 綠表申請者的定義. 香港房屋委員會（房委會）資助房屋小組委員會於2023年4月26日通過由「出售居者有其屋計劃單位2023」（下稱「居屋2023」）起，修訂購買資助出售單位的資格準則，公共租住房屋（公屋）租戶或香港房屋協會（房協）出租屋邨的住戶以綠表申請者身分申請購買資助出售單位時，將與居屋白表申請者一樣在擁有香港住宅物業方面受到相同的限制。 經修訂的資格準則下，以綠表申請者身分申請購買資助出售單位的公屋租戶及房協出租屋邨的住戶在遞交申請截止日期前的24個月起計直至購買單位時，均不得在香港擁有住宅物業。 此外，房委會的定期暫准居住證持有人將不再符合資格以綠表申請者身分購買資助出售單位。
