演藝生涯. 賴雅妍就讀 國中 時是資優生，上 高中 後則擔任熱舞社社長。 大學時，她參加 中視 《 我猜我猜我猜猜猜 》節目錄影時，被 模特兒 經紀公司 發掘後開始模特兒生涯，拍攝平面雜誌、電視廣告、 MV 並參與服裝走秀。 2002年，賴雅妍參與拍攝 周渝民 的MV〈求救專線〉，後被知名 製作人 柴智屏 發掘而進入演藝圈。 至2004年12月，她發行第一張個人專輯《Love》。 2005年，賴出道兩年半以《生命狂想曲》同時入圍 金鐘獎 與 金馬獎 ，成為備受矚目的新人，從此活躍於演藝圈，主演多部 戲劇 。 2007年4月26日，她被 日本 國土交通大臣 暨觀光立國大臣冬柴鐵三任命為「VJC觀光親善大使」，並連續三年出任。
