Whereas Hong Kong Disney was designed to emulate the original Disneyland in California, the Shanghai property was more intentionally designed to be unique (different entrance, castle, gardens, etc.) Having said that, Hong Kong is supposed to be less crowded and easier to navigate - so if you enjoy an easier pace, that might be a consideration.
