5 天前 · 梁卓文指，薪酬趨勢淨指標客觀反映過去一年私營機構的薪酬變動，並非預測私營機構未來薪酬調整的幅度，也非政府本年度的公務員加薪建議。 薪酬趨勢調查委員會下周三會與職方開會，審核並確認調查結果，其後正式向政府提交調查結果。 梁卓文表示，公務員事務局將於月底與職方代表會面，了解他們對薪酬調整的訴求，並聽取他們對公務員士氣的看法。 公務員事務局之後會向行會作出全面的匯報，待行會按現行機制考慮六大因素，當局會向職方提出薪酬調整方案，以及邀請職方回應；在收到職方代表回應後，行會便會就2024至25年度公務員薪酬調整作出決定。 除了薪酬趨勢淨指標，考慮公務員薪酬調整的其餘五大因素分別為香港經濟狀況、生活費用變動、政府財政狀況、職方對薪酬調整的要求，以及公務員士氣。 .

Based on the survey results, the net pay trend indicators for the upper, middle and lower salary bands for this year are 4.01%, 4.32% and 5.47% respectively.
