態度及解決問題的能力是關鍵. 回想當年因為看好中國發展，就決定加入中銀香港的畢業生計劃（當時稱為“見習主任培養計劃”），兩年後再被主管推薦並成為見習管理人員，現在已成為環球企業金融部的其中一位處主管，自己發夢也沒想過能有這樣的經歷。 成為見習管理人員，我得到很多的學習機會，尤其是可以參與當時對銀行發展有重大意義的項目，如離岸人民幣業務。 2009年起，離岸企業人民幣政策開放，給予市場新的機遇，但也帶來很多的挑戰。 事實上，這是全新的業務，市場上沒有任何經驗或先例可依循，我們當時抱著摸著石頭過河的心態，逐步建立了離岸人民幣業務的流程，這也成為了後來的市場標準。 整個過程中，我深入地學習到銀行及市場的整體運作，這樣的經驗對自己以後向客戶營銷上有很大的幫助，也使自己有很大程度的成長。
