5 天前 · My wife and I, in our fifties, are first-time visitors to Japan planning a 12-day trip in early December. Our initial itinerary includes landing in Tokyo on Day 1, spending days 2 to 6 in Tokyo, traveling to Kyoto on Day 7, exploring Kyoto from Day 8 to 10, heading back to Tokyo on Day 11, and flying back home from Tokyo on Day 12.
5 天前 · takachiho to kurokawa onsen. Our itinerary starts in Kumamoto (flying in from Seoul) and we will spend a night or two there before heading out to Takachiho for a day trip. Instead of returning to Kumamoto, we'd like to spend the night at Kurokawa Onsen for two nights before heading to Fukuouka. We haven't had any luck finding an efficient bus ...
6 天前 · 1. Re: Accommodation Advice. May 8, 2024, 11:38 PM. You will have to prepare to pay higher prices at times since last minute rooms usually cost more. Of course, you will have to be flexible as well as you never know whether a hotel near your stop is available when you get there. I have followed this strategy in the past driving in Europe.

5 天前 · JR West Rail Pass. May 9, 2024, 4:14 AM. Hi all, I'm confused with the different passes available & need some advice on which to get. So, I'm flying in & out of Nagoya. First day, I plan to head to Kyoto first and stay for 4 nights. Then head to Osaka for another 4 nights. I'll do 2-day trips to Kobe & Himeji from Osaka.
