Dec 2019. Taipei 101 is 508 meters, and was the tallest building in the world from 2004 to 2010. The elevators to the observation deck are lightning quick, one of the fastest in the world. On the 88th floor is the 5.5 meter diameter, 660 metric ton wind damper, which in itself is an attraction.
