Our initial itinerary includes landing in Tokyo on Day 1, spending days 2 to 6 in Tokyo, traveling to Kyoto on Day 7, exploring Kyoto from Day 8 to 10, heading back to Tokyo on Day 11, and flying back home from Tokyo on Day 12.

First day, I plan to head to Kyoto first and stay for 4 nights. Then head to Osaka for another 4 nights. I'll do 2-day trips to Kobe & Himeji from Osaka.
