Take the ferry, it’s about $1.00 per person for the ferry and it’s just fun to do it. Get there at least 20 mins before the ferry leaves (on the hour to go from SJ there, and on the half hour to come back) Once you get off the ferry, you can grab a cab to the Bacardi Factory. The tour sells out WAY in advance.
