Great experience at the Athenee Hotel BKK. Beautiful and luxurious Hotel located in the heart of Bangkok next to next to the BTS transportation and Central Embassy Shopping Center. The staff are wonderful all throughout the hotel especially front lobby. The employees at the front door are all amazing.

Yes, the train staff will come with a special ramp to put between the platform and the train and assist you to board. At your destination, the staff will be waiting at the right door and assist you to get off. Seen it many times.
