飛躍道（Parkour），起源於八十年代的法國，是一種著重快速移動的運動，練習者需靈活運用自己的身體，善用路上設施，例如欄杆、牆壁及樓梯等，作為輔助或障礙物，務求以最流暢、快速及直接的動作前進。 「飛躍道」雖是一種極限運動 (極限運動指是結合體力、耐力和技術的高難度運動)，但卻不存在競賽的成份，對他們來說，認清自身物理上及精神上的極限，並嘗試去超越限制才是重點。 這項運動於二零零一年因一套以飛躍道為主題的法國電影《Yamakasi》 (《因咩差事跳跳跳》)傳入香港，經過一群「飛躍道」愛好者數年的摸索及推廣後，已逐漸發展至一定的規模，並於二零零六年正式成立了「香港飛躍道協會」。
