    2022年5月17日 · 港聞. 社會新聞. 未來5年料流失三成物理治療師 學會促政府正視問題改善待遇. 撰文：孔繁栩. 出版： 2022-05-17 15:24 更新：2022-05-17 18:06. 3. 香港物理治療學會今日（17日）舉行記者會，預計本港未來5年，將會流失二至三成的物理治療師，當中超過五成具有10年經驗，超過六成計劃退休或提前退休，近三成打算移居海外。 學會要求政府調高物理治療師的起薪點，與其他須具備學士學位資歷的專業資格睇齊，公立醫院方面放寬晉升年資及改善待遇，並容許非政府機構可延長物理治療師的退休年齡。 香港物理治療學會指出，根據食衞局數字，本港2040年將欠缺500名物理治療師，而根據非官方數據，物理治療師在公立醫院的流失率創新高超過10%，成為專職醫療部門之冠。
