The final night will be spent back in Tokyo since our flight home is from there. I can’t decide if we should do 2 nights in Kyoto at a ryokan (Nazuna tsubaki st.) and 3 in Osaka (with a day trip to Nara) (Swissotel in Osaka)

Hey everyone, I'm taking my 10 year old to Japan at the end of the year (Nov/Dec) and just looking for some feedback on my rough itinerary for Kyoto below. Some passes have limits on number of reservations you can make. But you can still take unreserved cars, if available. Reply.
