2022年10月25日 · 首先，為汽車進行改裝並不是絕對違法的事。 不過，本港有關改裝車的法例，比其他國家嚴謹得多。 根據《道路交通條例》第53條，「任何人不得更改或致使或允許他人更改任何汽車或拖車，以致該車輛的狀況令該車輛在道路上使用時，會違反本條例有關其構造、重量、裝備、制動器、駕駛盤或車胎方面的任何條文。 」。 那即是說，如果你對車輛所進行的改裝，違反了道路交通條例的話，那就是非法改裝。 但如果進行改裝後的車輛仍然符合條例的規定，那就是合法的。 例如，加裝突出車身以外的死氣喉（比原裝的喉管長），或加裝的死氣喉所製造的嘈音，高於原廠零件所發出的聲量，那便會違法。 如果改裝後的死氣喉沒有過長，或所製造的嘈音沒有增加的話，這種改裝便是合法的。 我如何知道改裝是否違法?
