I know this is a wide question and personal opinions all differ. I’ll be visiting in mid November so it could well be rainy. Will that drastically affect the experience ?

4 天前 · The best I can work out is that we need to buy a 1 day snow monkey park pass from the Nagano Dentetsu ticket window outside Nagano Station (Zenko-ji Exit), and then head to the bus stop for the Nagaden Snow Monkey/Shiga Kogen Express Bus which is bus stop 23 outside Nagano Station east exit.
