6 天前 · 8 reviews. 9 helpful votes. Day trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. May 9, 2024, 9:39 PM. I am thinking of doing a day trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. I know it's pretty tight but I only plan to see Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Is that doable?

What is the best observation deck to choose? We've been looking at the Metropolitan Building, Shibuya Sky, Azabudai Hills, and Tokyo Skytree.

6 天前 · My wife and I, in our fifties, are first-time visitors to Japan planning a 12-day trip in early December. Our initial itinerary includes landing in Tokyo on Day 1, spending days 2 to 6 in Tokyo, traveling to Kyoto on Day 7, exploring Kyoto from Day 8 to 10, heading back to Tokyo on Day 11, and flying back home from Tokyo on Day 12.

6 天前 · Eden Roc is a very nice resort. It is basically in two sections, one being oceanfront. It has a small beach area and oceanfront pool. If staying inland, they shuttle you back and forth.
