2023年5月1日 · 事實上，現時勞工法例未有列明企業必須以哪條公式或方法來計算尾糧工資。 但一般而言，最多僱主會選擇直接以月薪除以當月日數，即當月工作了多少日就發多少日工資。 值得注意，剩餘工資要視乎合約有否列明「休息日有薪」： 如 「休息日有薪」， 就將當月工資除以當月總日數（通常30或31日），乘以最後一個月的上班日數。 假設1月20日離職，即最後工作日期（Last Day），僱主便要在離職當月 (即1月份)，支付1月1日至20日的薪酬給員工。 計算公式：12,000 港元 / 31 天 x 20 天 = 7,741.93港元 (未發放的工資) 如 「休息日無薪」 ，則除以當月的工作日總日數（通常20至27日），乘以最後一個月的上班日數。
