   Exemption. 某些發牌條件的豁免. 申請人在申請營業員或地產代理 (個人) 牌照時需符合全部的 發牌條件 ，其中包括： 已完成 中學五年級或同等程度的教育 ；及. 緊接於申請批給牌照的日期前的12個月內在有關的 資格考試 中考獲合格成績。 但符合以下情況的人士，可獲豁免上述所列的發牌條件，該人士必須： 曾持有牌照；及. 於「有關期間」 (請見下列「有關期間」的定義) 內提出牌照申請；及. 提出申請的牌照種類與曾持有的牌照的種類相同或曾持有地產代理 (個人) 牌照而提出營業員牌照的申請。 「有關期間」是指牌照失效或被暫時吊銷當日起計的24個月內。 見例子如下： 例子1： 牌照有效期於2011年12月31日屆滿，其 「有關期間」是由2012年1月1日起計至2013年12月31日止。
