If I were you I would NOT buy a phone at the airport. WHY because it would be VERY VERY expensive then city. If you go to Sultanahmet or Taksim you can find lots of phone companies selling very cheap phones included card. Also choose TURKCELL why you can get better connection then other service providers. Have a nice trip in Turkey.
