維基百科，自由的百科全書. 2023年國際足協女子世界盃 （英語： FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 ）是由 國際足總 舉辦的第9屆 女子世界盃 ，於2023年7月20日至8月20日在 澳洲 和 新西蘭 舉行，為首次由兩個東道主共同合辦的女子世界盃 [1] 。 2019年7月31日， 國際足協執行委員會 （英語：FIFA Council） 決定從2023年起將比賽隊數從24隊增加至32隊 [2] 。 美國 是衛冕 冠軍 ，在2015年和2019年連霸。 但她們在1/8決賽中不敵瑞典女足被淘汰，無緣三連冠。 德國、挪威與日本也先後被淘汰。 因此，本屆世界盃將會誕生歷史上第五支奪得女足世界盃冠軍的隊伍。
