6 天前 · 12 days in Japan. May 9, 2024, 5:09 AM. W will be travelling to Japan this December (2024) for 12 days. Arriving and leaving Tokyo. Would like to visit Naoshima. Have been to Tokyo before so would like to explore new areas. Any recommendations please? We love food, arcitechure and nature.

We will be travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto (staying 4 nights) then Kyoto to Hiroshima (staying 2 nights) then on day 7 travelling back to Tokyo. Looking at costs. it seems cheaper to book the trains independently rather than a 7 day JR rail pass.

As I thought I can just buy it and use it from Haneda airport to downtown tokyo. But can't find anymore the webpage I saw that but instead it's not included in the pass.
